This recipe is from No Bread.
1 and 1/2 cups almond flour
3/4 coconut sugar
1/4 cup melted coconut oil
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp almond milk
1/4 tsp baking soda
Dash of salt
Chocolate Chips
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl (flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt).
Combine wet ingredients in a small bowl (oil, eggs, vanilla, milk).
Pour your wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, and mix!
Spray a pan, pour it in, top with chocolate chips, and bake for 25 minutes.
Learn from my mistakes…if you heated the coconut oil to melt it, wait to put in chocolate chips. Or they all melt…HAH.
