1 cup blended Rolled Oats (I like to blend for a very short amount of time to leave texture)
1/2 cup of any nut butter
1/4 finely shredded coconut
1/4 flaxseed meal
Sprinkle in chocolate chips
1/3 cup honey
1 scoop protein powder (I use Orgain Chocolate)
Mix these ingredients in a bowl.
Use hands to form balls.
Refrigerate to harden.
If you want to make more balls, just double the portions.
