These are just some of the baby items that are currently on my radar. These are also some of the bigger, more expensive products.
I can do a separate post later of all the little things (hospital bag, essentials, etc.)

I am not very skilled at visualizing interior design as a whole, so I like to go one step at a time before I decide what else I want to add to the nursery. The crib is my next step. Once I see how that looks with the wall, I’ll probably start brainstorming rugs, a chair, and a dresser.

I will admit, my very first purchase when I found out I was pregnant was an Artipoppe carrier. I had seen this blue velvet one when I was helping my sister choose one for her and her babe, and I knew I had to have it. It’s a pre-order, but I’ve got time!

In summary, Poet is going to make us broke.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS

Keekaroo Peanut Changer – Vanilla
Not going to lie…I changed River on the couch, on the floor, on the dining table, or basically whatever was flat and nearby.
I’m going to try and be better about it this time around.

Clothing Rack with Canvas Storage Shelf
I feel like I could build this, but $94 might be worth the convenience. And it’s just so cute.

La Maman Wedge Nursing Pillow
I personally had trouble with the full, semi-circle ones and fitting them around my body,
so I’m going to try out this one that I can just throw under my elbow.

Monte White Rockwell Baby Bassinet
I go back and forth between chic and boho styles, and this blends both. I love it!

LEVO Baby Rocker in Beech – Organic White
With two other littles, I know Poet is not going to be in my arms at all times, so I’m needing this.

Million Dollar Baby Classic Abigail 3-in-1 Convertible Crib in Vintage Gold
I am also on the hunt for some vintage pieces to use in Poet’s nursery to balance out the fun, playful wall mural.

Baby Gym with Handmade Crochet Toys
This one is pricey for what it is…so there’s another good option below from Poppyseed Play.

Wooden Baby Gym
I’ll probably order this one and some separate crochet or hanging toys.

FridaBaby Mom Perineal Comfort Donut Cushion
My mother-in-law had given me one of these postpartum, and it was the life-saver that I didn’t know I needed.
I don’t know what happened to it, but I want another!

mixx next + pip rx travel system in Caviar
We got rid of our infant stroller and car seat systems, but I’m also on the hunt for a wagon type stroller for bigger kids.
Share any suggestions please!

Ultra Soft Organic Swaddle Blanket | Boho Sunrise
This matches the sunrise mural in her room, so it caught my eye.
With Alba and River, we used swaddle blankets like this all the time.
But my more current Mamas say these are being replaced by fancy, sack swaddles.

Infant Lounger | Natural
River napped on these all the time!

Little Nomad Play Mat | Starlight
This is a baby mat I wouldn’t mind taking over my living room…

The Diaper Pack
IN BLACK

Compact, this is what I want.
I’m hoping I’ll be able to condense what I actually carry around from the diaper bag or car.

  1. Chels’ changing backpack is epic. Everything at hand and spares readily available. Plus, quick foldout changing table and simple aesthetic.

  2. LOVE the aesthetic… from a practical standpoint, I LOVE all of the Beis baby products. I had my eye on that one too, so you’ll have to tell me if you can fit everything in there!
