Chia Seed Pudding

1/3 cup chia seeds
1 and 1/4 cup almond milk
2 tbsp honey

Grab a mason jar.
Mix it all in.
Refrigerate overnight.

Add toppings to eat (fruit, granola, cinnamon, cacao nibs, hemp seeds, etc.)

I usually go in later, about two times, to stir the jar, to prevent the chia seeds from settling at the bottom.
